How To: Extra Nights & Additional Rooms

Transform your teaching vacation into an extended retreat or a group getaway. We strongly encourage our professionals to bring friends, family, or clients along to share the experience. To ensure you receive the most competitive rates and seamless service, our dedicated travel agent, Kelly, personally handles these specialized arrangements.

Required Information

To provide an accurate quote and ensure room availability, please have the following details ready before reaching out:

  • Resort Name and Booking No.: The  full name of the resort  and booking number for the destination where you are confirmed as the guest instructor.

  • Travel Dates: Your specific check-in and check-out dates, including the total number of additional nights requested.

  • Reservation Details: 

    • Number of Adults (Ages 13+).

    • Number of Children (Ages 12 and under).

    • Crucial: Provide each child's age based on the date of travel, not their current age.

    • Number of Rooms – this makes a difference as to if we will be providing individual rates or do I need to request a group rates. 

The Booking Process

Follow these steps to secure your additional accommodations:

  1. Gather Details: Collect all required guest information and travel dates.

  2. Submit Request: Email Kelly at agent@fitbodiesinc.com with your data.

  3. Review Quote: Kelly will compare rates to find the best available price for your specific category. Your quote will also include options for Round-trip Transfers and Travel Protection Plus (Insurance).

  4. Confirm Identity: Once ready to book, provide the legal names and dates of birth for all guests as they appear on their passports.

  5. Finalize Payment: Complete your reservation via a secure payment link or a credit card authorization form, depending on the resort's specific requirements.

  • Rate Volatility: Rates and availability are subject to change until a formal reservation and deposit are processed.

  • Accuracy Matters: Incomplete information or inaccurate child ages will delay the booking and may result in rate discrepancies at check-in.

  • Documentation: Some resort partners require specific credit card authorization forms rather than digital payment links; Kelly will advise you based on your location.
