How Do I Book Airport Ground Transportation to the Resort?

Once your teaching vacation is confirmed and your airfare has been secured, you must arrange your airport transfer. Follow the steps below using the essential information provided in your account.

Step 1: Gather Required Information

Before booking, you must locate the critical data points required by the transfer provider:

1. Trip Details: Immediately login and download the ‘Trip Details’ from your booking info for this trip. This document contains all necessary travel and teaching information, including specific transportation requirements for your resort.

2. Flight Itinerary: Have your full flight itinerary (arrival and departure times, flight numbers) readily available.

Step 2: Book Your Transportation

With the necessary information in hand and logged into the Fit Bodies website, select TRANSFERS from the drop down menu under your profile icon.

Transfer Type Rules 

The type of transfer available depends on your specific resort:

• Complimentary Transfers: If your resort offers complimentary transfers, this will be clearly noted in your Trip Details.

  • Important Note: Complimentary service is always subject to all guests in your party traveling together on the exact same flight itinerary.

• Taxi Required: Some resorts are designed for immediate taxi service, which will be indicated in your Trip Details.
