I have children over 12, what are my options?
Understanding Room Occupancy for Traveling Fitness Professionals
The maximum room occupancy rules are set by our partner resorts and apply to all guests. Our contract with the resort partners is specifically designed for either two adults (at Adult Resorts) or two adults and two children (at Family Resorts).
If you are traveling with children, please be aware of the following mandatory restrictions, which cannot be altered:
1. The Maximum Occupancy Rule (Family Resorts)
The maximum number of people permitted in the room for our program is four (4), and the composition of those four people is strictly limited:
| Scenario | Room Composition | Status |
| Standard Family | Two (2) adults + Two (2) children (age 12 or younger) | Permitted |
| All Adults (Over Age 17) | Two (2) adults only | Permitted |
| Three Adults (Age 13 and up) | Three (3) adults (any age over 12) | Not Permitted |
Please Note: As of 2023, we are unable to accommodate three adults in a single room under any circumstances, including scenarios involving upgrades to different room categories.
2. Options for Families Exceeding Contract Limits
If your travel party exceeds the maximum room occupancy of two adults and two children, or if your travel companion is a third adult (age 13 or older), you have one primary option:
Booking an Additional Room
The most straightforward solution is to book a second room to accommodate the additional person or child.
-
Action: Contact Kelly, our in-house travel agent directly.
