Follow these steps precisely to ensure you secure the best coverage and meet required deadlines:

 

A. Use Our Exclusive Link & ID

To receive the best value through our partnership, you must use our direct link or Group ID when initiating your policy.

B. When to Purchase (The 20-Day Window)

We recommend purchasing your policy as soon as possible after booking your trip to maximize coverage benefits.

  • Best Practice: Secure an initial policy soon after your trip is confirmed by Fit Bodies.

  • Critical Window: We recommend purchasing within 20 days of your trip booking date.

 

C. Insure Correct Costs

  • Initial Cost: Only insure the non-refundable booking fee amount initially paid to Fit Bodies.

  • Adding Flights: Once you book your flights or incur any other non-refundable costs (e.g., transfers), you must call IMG to increase your coverage amount.

 

2. 📞 Making Changes & Getting Support

 

You cannot change or update your policy online. All changes must be made via phone.

Insurance Comparison (Why Credit Card/Airline Coverage is Insufficient)
