Being Travel Ready is mandatory for viewing and booking teaching vacations. This status confirms that your qualifications meet our resort partners' standards and ensures you can secure a position instantly within the date range permitted by your active membership tier.

A complete and up-to-date profile is your passport to a seamless booking experience.

 

✅ Your 5-Step Travel Ready Checklist

Your account status changes dynamically as you complete the five essential sections below. Use this checklist to monitor your progress toward becoming Travel Ready:

  1. Account Information (Contact Details, etc.)

  2. Profile Photo (Professional headshot)

  3. Professional Information (Experience Summary)

  4. Certifications (Valid/Current Documentation)

  5. Active Membership (Current, paid status)

Once these five steps are complete, your account will display the Travel Ready status.

 

📋 Detailed Professional Requirements

To ensure our resort partners see your best qualifications, certain sections of your profile require specific details and formatting:

 

1. Current Certifications

  • Requirement: Ensure valid, up-to-date certification documents are uploaded for all specialties and skills you offer.

 

2. Detailed Professional Experience (The Resume View)

  • Requirement: Document your current and past teaching history for each format you are qualified to teach.

  • Formatting: Please provide details for each location, including classes taught per week, specific styles, and links to your professional website or social media (if applicable).

Example: 2019 – Present - ZEN Yoga Studio, Any City, State. 2 Classes/week. Gentle & Vinyasa Flow.
Example: 2017 – Jan 2022 - Universal Gym, Any City, State. 4 Classes/week. Spin and Vinyasa Yoga.

 

3. Final Verification

After all five sections are complete your account will be may search and book available resort opportunities requesting your specialty skills.  Our team will then review your information (experience, certifications, photo) to grant final travel approval.
A fully detailed profile significantly speeds up this final verification process.
Do Not book flights until booking Confirmation is received from our team.

 

Returning Members Note

If your membership has lapsed, please ensure all of your professional information and certifications are current before renewing your membership and booking a new trip. Updated profile images and professional information is required annually.
