What is the policy to change or cancellation of my reservation?

Understanding Change Deadlines, Cancellation Fees, and Our No-Refund Policy

Teaching Vacations are a professional commitment. To protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances, Fit Bodies, Inc. strongly recommends purchasing Travel Cancellation and Medical Travel Insurance, as we do not offer refunds. Our comprehensive Terms and Conditions apply to all members and circumstances.

 

1. Reservation Change Policy

The ability to change your resort or travel dates depends on your proximity to the scheduled departure date:

Timeline Policy Fee & Credit
Outside 90 Days Changes to resort or dates are permitted. Incurs a $250 change fee per week. This fee must be paid immediately to receive a credit for a future booking. Credits are valid for travel between May and October only.
Within 90 Days Changes are not permitted. The reservation is considered a cancellation and is subject to the Cancellation Policy below.  

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within the 90-day window result in the full forfeiture of your investment:

  • Forfeiture: All initial booking fees are immediately forfeited.

  • Fee: A $250 cancellation fee is also incurred.

 

3. Holiday Week Exception

Please note that reservations falling on major holiday weeks are subject to stricter rules:

  • Affected Weeks: Easter, Thanksgiving, President’s Week, and the last two weeks of December.

  • Policy: These bookings are considered final sales; they cannot be changed or credited for any reason, and they still incur the standard $250 cancellation fee if you are unable to travel.

 

💻 How to Submit a Change or Cancellation Request

To formally submit a request, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Fit Bodies website.

  2. Navigate to your profile icon dropdown menu and click on "Upcoming Bookings."

  3. Select the specific reservation you need to modify or cancel.

  4. Click the appropriate button to send your request to our office.

Response Time: You will receive a response regarding your request and its status within 48 hours.
